No. Your Everyday Therapy™ is not clinical therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. This is a guided emotional support and emotional clarity experience designed to help people process everyday emotional pressure and mental overload in real time.

Are you licensed therapists?

No. Your Everyday Therapy™ includes certified & trained life and relationship coaches, emotional support facilitators, and in some cases licensed professionals depending on the session format. However, this platform is not positioned as a clinical therapy practice. These sessions are designed to provide emotional support, guided conversation, reflection, and mental relief for everyday life pressure.

What kinds of topics are discussed?

Topics often include:

Is this confidential?

Yes. We ask all participants to respect the privacy, safety, and vulnerability of others inside the group space. This is meant to be a supportive, emotionally safe environment built on mutual respect and discretion.

Can I attend even if I’m still functioning well in life?

Absolutely. Many people carrying the most pressure are still functioning, achieving, leading, parenting, managing businesses, or showing up for others daily. External success does not cancel out internal emotional exhaustion,

Will I be judged for what I share?

Absolutely Not. This space was intentionally created for people who are tired of pretending they’re okay all the time. Participants are expected to respect one another with compassion, emotional maturity, and confidentiality.

How often can I attend?

You can attend as often as needed. Sessions are $27 per session, and there is no long-term commitment required. Many people use these sessions as a regular emotional reset throughout the month.

What if I’ve been carrying things alone for a very long time?

Then this space may matter even more for you. A lot of people become so used to holding everything internally that they forget what emotional support even feels like. Sometimes healing doesn’t begin with having all the answers. Sometimes it begins with finally having space to stop carrying everything alone.

What if I’ve been diagnosed with a mental illness?

Your Everyday Therapy™ is not equipped to treat, diagnose, monitor, or provide clinical care for mental illnesses or psychiatric conditions. These sessions are designed for emotional support, reflection, and everyday life pressure — not medical or mental health treatment.

What if I’ve never done anything like this before?

That’s completely okay. Many people join because they’ve never truly had a safe space to process what they’ve been carrying internally. You do not need prior coaching or therapy experience to attend.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes. We offer a monthly membership option for people who want ongoing emotional support and consistent space to decompress throughout the month.

What if I’m emotionally overwhelmed but don’t know how to explain what I’m feeling?

You do not need to have the “right words” before joining. Many people arrive mentally exhausted, emotionally heavy, or disconnected from themselves without fully understanding why. This space exists to help people slow down, process what they’ve been carrying, and gain clarity without pressure or judgment.
